Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details to stay updated on your delivery.
Return & Exchange Details
At The Fallen Elite, we accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect. To process any request, an unboxing video is mandatory as proof — the video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue visible in the same recording. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Without proper video evidence, we will not be able to proceed with a return or replacement. We do not offer returns for reasons other than damage or wrong product received.
